16 November 2011

Wow!! Blink and almost half of the cub year is done. December is on the horizon so I want to outline what is in store for our cubs:

22 November: GuelphLakeNatureCenter

29 November: meeting at the churchmaking paper from recycled paper which will become a Christmas card for the seniors at Heritage House.

6 December: Christmas craft for the seniors and a little carole rehearsal.

10 December: laser quest for which you should have permission forms.

13 December: We are at Heritage House on Gordon St south of Clair Rd. Please consider if your cub would like to do a solo performance of any instrument. I will be asking.

20 December: Our last meeting, before the Christmas break. We will be holding the meeting at RiversidePark to walk the lights in the park exhibit. We then walk to McDonalds around the corner for some treats and the exchange of the Secret Santa gift. Look for more details on both items soon.

A couple of points to note:

- Please donate any used clothing as part of the recycle badge.

There will be a basket labeled for such at all upcoming meetings

- Permission forms for the 13-15 January 2012 camp will be available before the break. We return from the break on 10 January and the forms are due then so we know numbers for food purchase.

Thats all or now folks!!!
